Adriane Porcin
Adriane Porcin-Raux holds a LL.M. in law and business taxation from Aix-Marseille 3 University and a LL.M. in economic law and business relationships from the University of Perpignan. She is presently completing a LL.D. thesis on the collective management of copyright under Prof. Vincent Gautrais' supervision.
Her research focuses on the interaction between intellectual property and competition law, as well as e-commerce and consumer law.
She teaches Competition Law at the Université de Montréal and Quebec's Consumer Law at the University of Ottawa. She also worked as a research assistant for Prof. Daniel Gervais, Prof. Ysolde Gendreau, Prof. Stéphane Beaulac, Prof. Karim Benyekhlef et Prof. Vincent Gautrais.
